June 15 to September 15 • $750 or $850 per week
If you bring your bed linen, towels, etc., and leave the “Little House” completely ready for the next renters, your rate is 750. If we provide linens and a weekly cleaner, your rate is 850 a week.
September 15 to June 15 • $500 per week
Negotiable (and we mean really negotiable) for professional artists.
